What kind of queue to create.

• QUEUE — a work queue: delayed delivery, dead-letter queues, and per-message visibility.

Which engine runs the queue follows from its region; there is nothing to choose and nothing to configure. STREAM used to be the other member and was withdrawn; the API rejects it.
